We were having trouble streaming an a softball game.
On ESPM Plus the television screen would start and then freeze continuously. This only happened with that game, not others.
Em walked us through several steps,, to no avail. She was so patient with my husband and I as we followed her instructions.
We finally realized that it must be our television since we could stream the game on our computer. Super person helping us!!!

I spent almost an hour trying to set up ESPN+. Couldnt find anyone to talk to.
I was ready to give up when I finally found the right number and spoke with the nicest lady who helped me set it up. She was very patient and cheerful.

SEC Network Plus access still not available via my Hulu Plus Live subscription. Very frustrating
Unresolved. Still trying to watch SEC sports only available on SEC Network Plus and not available with the full Hulu + Live subscription costing $100 + a month
User's recommendation: If you want SEC sports look elsewhere

Cannot access content. Requires a contract with Xfinity. Why do O need to write one hundred symbols.

I could not log into the ESPN+ account and was looking forward to watching a softball game, I tried the online that suggested I go to, no such page found, did the text, finally found the Pissed consumer phone number, after 15 min on hold, my call was dropped, I called back, on hold 10 plus minutes, the rep did all he could to help pinpoint the issue, he finally suggested I call Amazon about my Firestick! I played around some more and after nearly 2 hours I was successful, but the game was in bottom of 6th inning, my husband wasnt happy, what I dont understand is the game was on my IPad, (he was watching that) but not TV! I used it Wednesday & no issues.
I have not had a response.
I subscribed to espn plus but now i dont know how to get it on my tv. FYI I am 80 years old and you may have to be patient. I want to watch Razorback baseball

Multiple UFCs bought and the picture is blurry and of poor quality. The app crashed during a paid event. Now, you won't let me purchase the event to watch and there's no one to call to help fix it.

My UFC PPV Purchase.
I havent been able to get back to deal with this because Im a small business owner and Im very busy. I spend my money on UFC fights and I expect to be able to see the fight.
I dont have a lot of spare time. I dont have a lot of free time. I dont get to go out and do things because of my business. So I have some people over to watch the fight and because of whatever the problems were With the stream, I end up having to go with my guest to a wing house locally and watch the fight after Ive already paid for it because Im not gonna sit around and wait and hope that the fight comes on.
Yes, the fight was available to me after I got home on the ESPN plus replay but thats not acceptable.
Its not like pay-per-view or $60 anymore! So I got to pay $80 for the pay-per-view about $150 for food for my guests and then I got to go out and spend $300 for food and drinks for my guest at wing house because of the problems so either way, the whole situation was a nightmare, and I wouldnt expect ESPN plus to at least refund the money or credit me future pay reviews because this is just unacceptable
