Bought ESPN+ can't get game
I've bought ESPN+ three *** times and can't get my *** team. Not available in my zone script or what the *** ever...even when they are playing halfway across the *** country!!!

I currently dont receive ESPN plus I am not pissed about anything. I want to receive ESPN plus so I can watch my Wichita State shockers basketball. I canceled my subscription at the end of basketball season last year.And

Resolved: UFC PAY PER VIEW
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. It turned out to be an issue with Google.
I couldn't pay for the event with my debit or credit cards. It turned out it was a Google Chrome issue. I switched browsers and succeeded.
User's recommendation: Use actual Americans that speak proper English!

Problem with subscription
Cant get the subscription in Canada even with VPN.very disappointed because I had it in March and now I cant get it.

Bad quality transmission
we have been on ESPN plus for about a week and the sound quality is terrible-the worst of any channel I have ever had. It cuts out very frequently for 10 seconds at a time and the picture also freezes from time to time.

Technical difficulties from ufc 304 wanted a refund

I have been a customer since day one of ESPN plus. I only use it for the UFC product. Furthermore, I have ordered every PPV for the UFC since they signed with you. Your app had Major technical difficulties and can contact the UFC to fact-check that!!!
I called them they said it is an ESPN plus issue. I've never had an issue. But Saturday I was only able to watch the first 3/5 fights. Missed the last two most important fights.
I want a refund or at the minimum some kind of discount. The lady I talked with was great, until she wasn't, but she said my refund was denied. I asked to speak to someone above her, and she put me on hold for over Hour only to keep coming back to say we are working on it. Then proceeded to tell me to take my issue up with my financial institution.
I find this to be terrible business. I was nothing but polite and feel like I'm still being cordial.
User's recommendation: Just know you but a PPV and something happens on their end, no refund for you
