Resolved: UFC PAY PER VIEW
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. It turned out to be an issue with Google.
I couldn't pay for the event with my debit or credit cards. It turned out it was a Google Chrome issue. I switched browsers and succeeded.

Technical difficulties from ufc 304 wanted a refund

I have been a customer since day one of ESPN plus. I only use it for the UFC product. Furthermore, I have ordered every PPV for the UFC since they signed with you. Your app had Major technical difficulties and can contact the UFC to fact-check that!!!
I called them they said it is an ESPN plus issue. I've never had an issue. But Saturday I was only able to watch the first 3/5 fights. Missed the last two most important fights.
I want a refund or at the minimum some kind of discount. The lady I talked with was great, until she wasn't, but she said my refund was denied. I asked to speak to someone above her, and she put me on hold for over Hour only to keep coming back to say we are working on it. Then proceeded to tell me to take my issue up with my financial institution.
I find this to be terrible business. I was nothing but polite and feel like I'm still being cordial.

Could not get the thunder game on this morning after it played last night and wondered why and they answered it after 24 hours it will be ready to go
The technician was nice and very courteous and cleared to understand, and he explained to me that after 24 hours in some situations, including a blackout region, that after 24 hours, it will be able to be replayed. Thank you ESPN.

Bad quality transmission
The sound of the ESPN Plus transmission of the US Open Tennis broadcast goes on and off constantly with ten second gaps with no sound at all. This also happened yesterday. I would like a refund for the cost of the service.

You put it underneath the wrong debit card and all I want to do is change it before the fight comes on Exxon
- Wonderful channel to have but if you make a mistake and try to get a refund to take forever
- Very hard to get a refund

I already have ESPN+ I just wanted to pay to watch the UFC fight and I received an email stating you are going to charge me for both. Would you please remove the charge for ESPN+. This happened one other time and you didn't remove the charge.

Failure to have program available as stated on tv.
Cannot get the Arkansas Razorback vs Texas A&M game on ESPN + on my phone or tv. It says game hasn't started yet, but it started 37 minutes ago!

My app doesn’t work half the time. Yes, I’m pissed.
Two of the last times I've tried to sign on, the site announced that the app wasn't working and I couldn't see the game I wanted to watch.

Terrible audio and video on Roku 3 ESPN app
For almost a year, the audio has been scratchy and the video blurry on the ESPN app for Roku 3. Every time I turn the Roku on, I check for an update to version 5.0, build 202403**** and there never is one.
The Roku system itself has the latest available update. I've worked with their support to check and reset every possible thing with my devices but it's not my devices, their substandard app is the problem and I'm ready to cancel my whole bundle subscription because they won't fix it.

Low Budget Rip Off
I had to buy ESPN+ to see NHL playoffs. The intermission show is a couple dudes talking for a handful of minutes and endless repeating of a TV commercial for ESPN+ --- over and over it goes with cable access music and editing done by an intern.
For the fee charged, have a true intermission show. Watching the zamboni circle the ice by way of a still camera would be better.
