The tech who assisted me was very patient and professional in his efforts to help me. Problem analyzed and solved.
Every time the hockey game went to commercial I lost the stream
Forcing me to reload several times throughout the program and thereby losing at least a third of the game if not more . And I PAY FOR THIS ABUSE !!! This sucks and no one is available to address the issue.
You make it incredibly hard to just talk to a representative. Jumping through all these unnecessary hoops is really a pain.
Maybe customer service is not your main goal. The waste of time and mandatory symbol typing in this box is ridiculous. Why?? Just patch me through to a representative.
Instead more hoops to jump through. Nice job
