Always problem waiting to login every single time I try to watch a game. Why should I have to login each time.
For the money and login issues the app should be better. Have to hunt down what youre wanting to watch. Very frustrating to use this app

Guarantee calls dropping/disconnecting , what help ?
I will be calling tomorrow for being charged for ESPN plus added package that I dont want calling for assistance is absolutely impossible calls automatically dropped . Terrible customer service, but ESPN plus unprofessionally add to your account, taking your money without no permission.

Can’t get subscription to ESPN+ on my smart TV
Got disconnected inadvertently from rep and he then did not call me back! Can’t believe how hard it is to simply subscribe to ESPN+ .

As a senior had trouble canceling ESPN+ though loved it during division 3 football now traveling and dont have time to use it much - Once found phone # for customer service Daniel was very helpful and walked me thru cancellation procedures = Thank you!!

Not all games included even though they say they are
I signed up for espn plus so I could watch packer games in the west. However after signing up I could not find the Sunday packers bears game.
Called the customer service and they said they dont get that espn plus channel. What??? Its on fox why not?
Why would I pay for an app I could only watch some games on? I had to call Amazon to get my money back.

I called tonight 2/19 about LSU baseball game that was not coming on. I was told be patient the game was coming on. I went to the LSU website and the game was postponed this afternoon.

Who are those clowns on the sideline of the Texas/Ohio cfp
What happened was only during the CFP game between Texas and Ohio State sideline color commentary by Pat Macafee and his tag-along trio of clowns that ruined most of the game when ESPN went to split-screen views of the live game coverage. ESPN would be wise to refrain from ever allowing Macafee and his hangers-on clowns to do any sort of sideline color coverage in the future.
He should stick to his pod cast. And the fact that they were all pro Texas fans was not what commentary on any sport event is about. Their color commentary should be non-bias for either team.
I guess I did receive some measure of satisfaction watching Ohio State kick Texas' *** even though I am not a fan of either of these two teams. GO CANES!!!
User's recommendation: Avoid watching sports coverage on ESPN if any sport event includes color commentary by Pat Macafee and his buddies

Paid for ESPN+ and can not get it
The ESPN+ channel only lasted two hiurs
Talked with your representative who was very knowledgeable and courteous. About two week ago.
I purchased the Disney bundle and ESPN+ and it worked for approximately two weeks and quit.
You representative was able to fix the issue while we were on the phone. Hopefully it will not go out again!

I tried to get my money back, the agent on the phone couldn't. First he told me he couldn't find me, then he told me I had 2 accounts. In short, I spent almost an hour on the phone and couldn't get any help and I still haven't gotten my money back.
Preferred solution: Full refund
User's recommendation: If you have a cable company, take a good look at your bill because you are being bought by this application without renewing it and still not being able to access it.

I had someone answer the phone to transfer me. Nobody ever picked up the phone to help me if theyre closed theyre closed, but I did have someone answer the phone. I dont know why I cant get any help.

Bad reception and service on my pay-per-view
If Im paying a premium price for a service ESPN plus and then it definitely paying pay-per-view charges. I should receive quality broadcasting, I experience so many blackouts and loss of picture during the viewing, it was so aggravating, then I call Customer Service and get hung up on. I expect better and deserve more from anyone I pay premium charge to.
