Every time the hockey game went to commercial I lost the stream

Forcing me to reload several times throughout the program and thereby losing at least a third of the game if not more . And I PAY FOR THIS ABUSE !!! This sucks and no one is available to address the issue.

Once I reached technical support The representative walked me through what I needed to do. Patiently got me through the steps and was able to fix my problem. I appreciate his patience and dealing carefully with this.

You make it incredibly hard to just talk to a representative. Jumping through all these unnecessary hoops is really a pain.

Maybe customer service is not your main goal. The waste of time and mandatory symbol typing in this box is ridiculous. Why?? Just patch me through to a representative.

We got charged for a year's service which we did not order. Please correct this error or call me at 318-453-****.

I just purchased ESPN Plus to watch the ASU game, and I was able to watch the first half. However, the second half blacked out, and all I could see were the commercials.

Of course, then I tried calling Customer Service, who said they couldn't help me right now and told me to call back later.

Then I tried texting the AI person, and they were useless, so I'm really frustrated. I feel like I should be refunded my full amount for membership because the whole reason I purchased ESPN Plus was to watch this damn game!!!

Could not watch the ASU NAU football game, no picture or sound. Lousy service, missed the entire game.

I paid my account every year, and now I cannot log in, and I cannot contact a professional or a machine to help.

Need technical help. I had to watch game on my phone because I couldnt get ESPN+ on my TV. I havent watched that small of TV since 1952.

There was no way to voice my disgust at them for the Kimmel cancellation; I only went to an operator. The other four numbers were bogus!

Log on to watch hockey games on ESPN Plus, pay for Disney+ just so we can get this. Nine times out of ten, when we watch a hockey game, it's blurry.

We have called customer service, and they tell us it's blurry because too many people log on. That's why it's blurry, but don't you think if you pay for a premium service, you should get premium quality?

Trying to watch the Little League World Series and the screen freezes about every minute or two. During commercials it freezes for longer time. Very frustrating about ready to give it up.!

Message they couldn't accept my call and try again later. They began billing me two months ago for ESPN+, which is not even available in Albania where I am for the next 4 months.

I tried to reach them online and was redirected to my Disney account, which I have never had! AMEX is doing a chargeback but said I should lock my account to prevent additional charges.

I have called AMEX twice at $25+ each time and they are useless! They suggested sending me a new card; I asked what the charge would be to send it to Albania, and they had no idea.

I request a refund immediately! I have not subscribed to ESPN plus but my account is charged for $11.99

Customer Rep was extremely friendly and helpful. He stayed on the line with me to make sure my issue was resolved before we ended the call.
